HOLO TRIP SUITCASE GETS RECOGNITION AT ELLE STYLE AWARDS 2021
Every year, ELLE Ukraine holds ELLE STYLE AWARDS, an international event held not only in Ukraine but also in many European countries.
This year, it included six nominations: Social Project, Fashion Collaboration, YouTube Project, From Ukraine to the World, Music Project, and Fashion+. Readers of the ELLE magazine cast their votes to pick the most vibrant creative industry members.
This year, the Holo Trip suitcase, born of the Have A Rest x KSENIASCHNAIDER collaboration, won the ELLE STYLE AWARD in the Fashion Collaboration nomination.
The idea of Have A Rest founder Alina Dolinina and KSENIASCHNAIDER co-founders Ksenia and Anton Schnaider combines two design solutions. The first is a holographic effect on the suitcase's body that is partially made from recycled plastic (60 PET bottles for S-sized suitcases and 130 for the L-sized ones). And the second one is hardware with mismatched colors. These are usually recycled, but in Holo Trip, they make for vibrant accents.
