Within 1 year from the date of purchase of your Have A Rest suitcase, you can apply for free repair/parts replacement in the following cases:
— Factory defects occurance
— Mechanical damage to parts (e.g., wheels, handles, and others) during the flight
If a factory defect is beyond repair, you can get a replacement suitcase or your money back.
The guarantee does not cover parts wear and scratches on the suitcase body resulting from its use.
The Power Bank guarantee from the manufacturer is 11 months.
The State Standard 28631-2005 sets the guarantee period of use for suitcases, briefcases, and document cases at 70 days from the date of purchase.
Wheel wear due to heavy use;
Defects resulting from improper use;
Damage due to improper storage;
Damage due to careless maintenance and care;
For the loss of a suitcase or theft of things from it during a trip;
Damage due to excess loads;
If the product is used for other purposes (including by third parties) or self-repair;
Scratches, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, mechanical damage, natural disasters.
Pack the suitcase in plastic wrap or other protective cases before registering baggage;
If possible, prevent shock to avoid damage;
Fill the suitcases and try not to transport them empty / half-empty;
Protect electronic devices, integrated into the suitcases, from water.
If you purchased the suitcase on our official website www.have-a-rest.net or the social media of Have A Rest, don’t worry about needing additional documents, such as a receipt or invoice, for warranty return or repair — we have saved the date of your purchase in our system. All you have to do is contact our customer care service and find out the actual address to return your suitcase to.
If you purchased the suitcase through the chain of our partner stores, you will need to provide a receipt with the date of purchase to return it or have it repaired.
If the damaged area is repairable, the professionals at Have A Rest will replace or repair it.
Otherwise, if the damage cannot be repaired within the warranty period, we can replace the suitcase with a new one or reimburse its cost according to the sum valid at the time of purchase and stated in the receipt, at the customer’s discretion.
In case the warranty period has expired and your suitcase was damaged and is not subject to repair we provide 50% discount on the purchase of a new suitcase in exchange for the damaged one.
Delivery for warranty repair or replacement is paid by the customer.

Have A Rest has an exchange and return policy. You can return or exchange all items listed in the Smart suitcases and Accessories sections of our website.
Have A Rest accepts returns and provides replacement of goods. If you don’t like the suitcase or accessory that you bought, you can replace or return it within 30 days.
Return and replacement are possible if the goods were not used and retain their saleable condition, consumer properties, and all the labels that were present at the time of purchase.
No additional documents, such as a receipt or invoice, are needed if the suitcase was purchased through the official website www.have-a-rest.net or the social media of Have A Rest. However, a receipt with the date of purchase has to be provided if the suitcase was bought in the chain of our partner stores.
To return or exchange an item, please contact us at info@have-a-rest.com.ua and inform about your decision. In response to your request, we will give you details regarding the return or exchange address.
Have A Rest will refund you the price of the product, as well as the costs resulting from the return not later than 7 days from the date of your notification of return. For this repayment we shall use the same method of payment that you used making the original transaction, unless we arrange a different method with you.
