Scratches that usually appear after trips have become an intentional design element in the new Travel Marks collection by Have A Rest.

The collection features smart suitcases in three sizes, a crossbody bag, a backpack, and two types of organizers. All items are united by a shared idea — a reminder that some things only get better with time.

 

 

"The Travel Marks collection marks a new chapter for us. In the past, we worked with trendy colors and bold accents, but this time we wanted to create something more restrained and mature — with deeper meaning. For us, this collection is about the beauty of experience. About how things, like people, become more interesting through the stories they carry," says Alina Dolinina, founder of Have A Rest.

The key piece of the collection is the suitcase — its print designed by time and your journeys. It combines a durable polycarbonate shell, 360° spinner wheels, and smart functionality with a bold, expressive design. The Travel Marks suitcase embraces signs of wear, leaving more room for you to fully enjoy the journey.

 

 

"This is a suitcase where minimalism meets character and story. We know our customers care about more than just aesthetics — practicality matters too. That’s why Travel Marks is designed so that traces of travel don’t ruin the suitcase — they become part of it. Scratches are not flaws, but memories of routes, new cities, and moments that make each piece more valuable," Alina adds.

The rest of the collection complements the suitcase perfectly, combining function and style for both travel and everyday use.

 

 

The campaign for the collection was shot across Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Paris, with Ukraine as its final stop. The video is built around the idea that the most meaningful part of traveling is not just the places themselves, but the marks they leave behind — in your heart, in your memories, and even on your suitcase.

In the film, the suitcase becomes both the main character and a companion throughout real journeys. For the team, it was important to tell this story authentically — without artificially generated locations or staged imagery.

That’s why the campaign features people who genuinely love the brand and travel with it in real life: decorator and creative producer of the project Anya Kovalska, video editor Oleksandra Hrinshtein, chef Oleksandra Stukalska, photographer Anton Kulakovskyi, and the brand’s founder Alina Dolinina (who, thanks to a lucky coincidence, was filmed in Paris). The project was directed and shot by Nastya Kovalova.
